RETURN POLICY

At MAXHOSA AFRICA we value customer satisfaction, although we understand that sometimes returns are necessary.

  1. Return window:

    • In-store purchases must be requested within 7 days from the date of original purchase.

    • Online purchases have a return window of 21 days upon receipt.

  2. Gift cards:

    • Gift cards cannot be refunded.

    • However, we offer store credit in the form of a gift card, equivalent in value to the original purchase.

  3. Return notification and timeline:

    • Once returned items are received, our team will carefully inspect them within 1–7 days.

    • If the item qualifies, the client will be issued a gift card.

    • The gift card will be sent via email and can be used to purchase any item valued at the original purchase amount.

  4. Disclaimer:

    • There will be no cash refunds.

EXCHANGE POLICY

Exchanges are permitted if items do not fit as expected. Only size exchanges are allowed.

  1. Exchange window:

    • Items can only be exchanged within 30 days from the date of purchase.

    • Please initiate the exchange process within this timeframe.

  2. Health and safety exclusions:

    • No returns or exchanges on masks or hosiery.

  3. Disclaimer:

    • Our exchange policy only allows for size exchanges to ensure you receive the perfect fit.
